Windsor Chairs
Handmade Windsor chairs are made from oak, pine and hard maple as they were 200 years ago. The bow and arm rail are made of oak that is steamed into shape while the remainder of the chair is made using tools such as the adze, scorp, spoke shave, draw knife and other hand tools. Each chair is finished with traditional milk paint and cosmetically altered to look aged and then finally finished with a rubbed oil.
